While on the International Space Station 18. April 2005, Italian astronaut Roberto Vittori became the first person to use Skype (internet telephony) in space. He answered questions from students from two schools in Italy – all were connected via Skype. If Skype is allowed to run on the ISS, surely it should perform well for your terrestrial based business.

Making constant calls, toggling between two apps is diffcult. Setup/install was a snap. This utility makes it easy to call directly from Outlook and search for items online, all in one app. Saves time! Wish that it came out sooner!

I don't like Microsoft and I really don't like using Outlook but since we are forced to use it one must adapt or at the very least, learn to adapt. I searched the web for something that would help me contact my friends in other lands and this product, your toolbar it works very well but you need to remmember to add each persons skype ID into outlook or else the calls have to be over skype-out which is also good but I like the calls that are free. sorry for my English, maybe you skype me sometime.

I'm not a big fan of do-it-yourself software but seriously, MS Outlook needs some help making things more managable - that is to say, easier to use.
